MTV360 Development and Production is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects in the group’s branded entertainment work in New York, NY. Role will both be client-facing with the group’s marketing/advertising partners and involve internal project oversight.

Responsibilities will include:

• Relationship management: day-to-day contact with client throughout project, maintaining clear and open lines of communication
• Project coordination: coordinating closely with creative/production for client reviews, managing timelines, deadlines, deliverables, etc.
• Cross-functional oversight: Overseeing coordination with other functions, including media planning/buying, press, research, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution
• Defining process: defining the project management plan to be applied to the projects, communicating that plan to both management and other stakeholders, and leading the team through execution

• Demonstrated strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
